CP
Greensboro, Inc., as a consultant to your company for your employee
benefit plans, will provide a variety of services including, but
not limited to:
- Recommendations
on case design and implementation
- Assistance
with the evaluation and selection of plan options.
- Participation
in employee group enrollment meetings to assure that the plan
participants understand both the plan and the various plan
options that include but are not limited to the following:
- Payroll
stuffers announcing the Plan.
- Employee
Summary Plan Description outlining the Plans features,
benefits and premium structure.
- Any
other desired employee communications material or services.
- Availability
for individual employee meetings to discuss how to integrate
the plan into their personal plans.
- Regular
meetings with the plan administrator to review the plan performance
and address any appropriate plan issues.
- Availability
for individual meetings with retiring or terminating employees
to discuss their options and answer any questions about their
alternatives.
- Supervision
and monitoring of the plan activities to facilitate and to
assure a consistent flow of information and services for the
plan participants.
- An annual
evaluation of the plan design features, services provided,
premium structure and market research.
